Why is my online store not loading?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Loading Online Store]

 

When I load my online store, it shows this screen for a few moments then runs out of connection. I've tried updating, clearing cookies, allowing cookies, and going incognito mode. Has anyone had/solved this issue?
