Missing Sign In Button For Appointments

Not sure why but a few of my clients are having issues seeing the "Sign In" button when they go book their next appointment. I'm having a hard time solving this issue because I have multiple people telling me they see it and other's saying they don't see it at all. Any suggestions or help?

Hello @gnoixalys, Good to see you posting in the Seller Community again, welcome!

 

If your customers are booking via a browser that doesn’t support third-party cookies, like Safari, then the sign-in button is not visible,  as lack of third-party cookies causes issues with logging in. The best browser to use with Square is Google Chrome. If your customers aren't seeing the log-in button, have them try accessing this page again via Chrome and that should do the trick!
