Mobile app is not matching what I do at the website

Downloaded the mobileApp and created an account, I created a team member and an item, and at the website(desktop) there was nothing... Then now I can't access my store cause is asking a passcode and the ones I set up at the desktop is not working at the mobileApp

Sorry to hear. Can you confirm you are assigned into the right account and location through Dashboard? @rio2mia

 

Also, sometimes syncing can be delayed. Are you still having this issue?
