My printer hardware order is still processing. What’s the problem

I ordered 2 printers almost a month ago.  My order says “still processing”. I’d like to know why it’s taking so long. And yes it’s is very difficult to find your order status online and to find a link to chat and get help. Yikes!

I'm really sorry you've been having a hard time finding how to contact us and with your printer order. 

 

For future reference, we do have email/chat/phone support available if you go to > Support within > Settings on the app. You might have to click > More > I Don't See My Issue to get to the screen where it shows our number and your customer code.

 

I escalated your case to our Shipping/Fulfillment Team to take a closer look since I don't have access to your account or orders here on the Community.

 

I'll follow up here once I hear back or I'll have someone reach out to you via email. Hang tight and thank you for your patience.
