My register states that it is offline, but I have checked everything and have an Internet connection everywhere except the register app....what do I do?
@whfhaleyville Close out of your Square Register app, then restart your iPad or phone. After the restart, try to sign into Square again, I'm sure your problem will be fixed.

I can't sign out because payments are pending because it says offline!?

You won't be able to sign out of the app; also make you do not delete the app, however you should be able to force quit and restart the device without losing any offline sales.
If you've tried those steps and they're still not uploading, please call us!

I'm having the same issue! Very frustrating, especially going into 4th quarter. I've restarted, logged out, etc. It's all intermittent, and ISP says not on their end. Wifi signal is consistently showing up on register, but offline mode keeps going off and on. Help!!
