No option to select "connect to a reader" to Samsung Galaxy Tab 3

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 with all of the latest updates necessary. Bluetooth is on and visible.

when I go to Card Readers, there is no option to "connect to a reader". 

The Contactless + Chip reader has 4 green lights which turn orange when I hold the button. 

I have connected these readers in the past to different systems, and am getting really frustrated  this time.

@mtpalms I'm sorry but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 is not compatible with the Square reader for Contactless and Chip.

Before you get a another device I recommend referring to the Square Device Compatibility website to make sure it's supported with this reader.
