No receipt being sent when partial refund given

When we issue partial refunds, the customer is not getting a receipt emailed to them. Our business gets an email notification, but the customer does not automatically get one. As a result, customers are thinking that we might not be refunding them at all.


How can we get this setup so customers get email notifications when we partially refund them?

Hi @thefruittree - Welcome to the Community!

 

Emails are not automatically sent when refunds are issued. However, you can manually send the receipt when viewing your Transactions through your Square Dashboard.
