Number Pad Not Working

The number pad to enter price of items is not working. It will not allow me to put in numbers manually. What do I do?

That sounds pretty strange. Have you had chance to restart the app or reinstall it? Generally that takes care of in-app glitches. Check out the steps to do so and other tips in our Support Center: Square Point of Sale App Troubleshooting
