I wish I knew, @Helen, but I have no idea. I manage two other Weebly accounts (one free & one premium), so first I had to create a new email & password for my Square Weebly account, and everything was fine when I first created my Square Weebly account & site. the problem started when I wanted to go back into the site - every time I clicked on "Online Store" in my Square dashboard it took me to one of the other Weebly accounts, always the same one.
Several times (make that many times!) I cleared browser cache & history, restarted my browser, restarted my computer, all to no avail - still not opening the Square Weebly account. I even deactivated the just-created Square Weebly account and tried to start all over - could not do it, still opening the wrong account rather than letting me start from scratch. I was able to sign into my now disabled Square Weebly account by accessing directly from Weebly, but this never made a difference when trying to go from my Square dashboard.
After going through all the above for several hours last night and again today, for some unknown reason the Square dashboard link now opens the correct account. Why, I have no idea!

I checked in with our Online Store specialists and they suggested that best way to switch between your two separate online stores (powered by Weebly) accounts would be to use your Square Dashboard to manage one, but use the Weebly site to manage the second. You could also give us a call and we can look at and clarify the email addresses that are associated with each store. I can't discuss your account details here in the Community but if you call that's something the team can certainly help out with.

Thanks, KellyJ. I seem to have found a workaround that so far works every day. I am using different email accounts for each of my Weebly sites, but for some reason Square chooses which ever one it likes at the time. But there is an easy way around that. If I have problems again I will give a call.
Now, to my biggest complaint - the Weebly features & tools with Square do not even come close to what the regular Weebly editing & creating tools have!!! Why in the world do we have to deal with such limitations? I manage free & paid sites with Weebly, and they are FAR superior to what is offered through Square. Why is that?
