Pickup time flow suboptimal / How to reposition sections on Order Online page

There is an inconvenient piece of UX flow in the checkout flow. Rather than choosing when they want to pick up an item during customization of the item, as they expect, they're presented with the chosen / default setup before checkout, and can't change it. The only time to change it is after clicking Checkout.

We field questions on this at least half a dozen times a day, and it's a major point of friction for fulfilling customer orders in the system.

Accordingly, I want to warn customers of the weirdness on the top of my Order Online page. I can't, because for some reason, the Text field I added can't be repositioned as it can on every other page. 

So.. ultimately,I'd prefer that the weird checkout flow be fixed. But, in the meantime, can it be made possible that the Order Online page works just like every other page and allows repositioning?
