Hi there, @waterking87002! Thanks for reaching out here on the Seller Community. So glad you let us know about the trouble you are experiencing with your payments getting stuck on the tipping screen. So sorry for the trouble!
Would you mind clarifying what kind of device you are using to take payments? If you are using the Square POS app on your mobile device or tablet, I would recommend walking through these app troubleshooting steps. They should be able to flatten out any wrinkles from a software standpoint.
If you happen to be using a separate device like the Square Register or Square Terminal, please let me know and we can troubleshoot those as well!
