We have been using the rewards system for months now and the option disappeard from the item list.
Our customers are trying to redeem their points but we can't do it without the option... what's going on?

The Redeem Rewards option should be present on the main screen of the Item Library in the Point of Sale app.
Did you make sure you were in the main screen?

I selected 1 pt per $1 spent.
A) customers are complaining that they're getting individual texts for each dollar spent
B) the company name on their texts is not the right company name
C) they can't see how many points they have in order to redeem
Please help!!

That's why they are getting so many texts. Mine is you have to spend $7.50 to collect a star, after 10 stars they get 10% off their next order. They only get a text for that one sale. Does this help?

@603Candy, thank you. I'm coming from the 5 Stars environment, where you need to collect points to redeem value. Here, you have to collect value to redeem rewards... what about the customer wanting to see their profile to check how many points or rewards they have?
