Sharing items file with others as CSV - rejected

I downloaded my items file to share with other team members to save them the trouble of creating their own. I cleared the contents of the Item ID first but otherwise resaved as a CSF file. People are telling me that when they try to upload the file, they get the message, "[Filename].csv may contain features that are not compataible with SCV (Comma delimited)." Others have said that it's the wrong "type" of CSV.

What can I do so that the file I export is usable by others?

Hey @barefoot2005, that sounds strange. This may be tricky to sort out in the community — I'd suggest giving us a ring so that a team member can check on account specifics.

Generally speaking, as long as all values are in the appropriate columns of the upload template, you shouldn't be encountering that error message.
