Should the Appointments and Google calendars sync after rescheduling a service?

I have several clients with recurring appointments scheduled in Square. If a client needs to reschedule a single appointment (not the entire series), they can accomplish this. However, the original appointment remains on my Google Calendar. So, now it shows both the original AND the rescheduled appointment.
If I reschedule the entire series, that seems to populate correctly. It is only when a single appointment is changed.
Oh, and the appointment DOES change inside Square's calendar. It only remains in Google Calendar.

After looking into this with our Appointments Team, we can confirm that it should sync and reflect within both the Appointments and Google calendars. Have you tried unlinking and relinking the calendar to your system?
