Hi! I downloaded Square Appointments onto my iPad Mini 5, and I’m having a bit of an issue. The app opens fine, I sign in, and give it the permissions it needs to run and whatnot. Then, as The app loads the ‘opening calendars’ screen, the app closes after a moment. If I reopen the app, it loads the loading calendars screen again and the process repeats. How do I remedy this?

The first thing we'd want to look into on your account would be any updates that need to be installed. Your iPad should be running iOS 12.4 and the App version should be Appointments 5.18.
If you are running the most recent version of each, a fresh install of the App can be the next best solution. Let us know if that helps, and if not, we'll get you over to our Support team to remedy the issue.
