Help!
For the last two days I'm getting a very odd glitch in my Square Register.
Normally when you click on an item the item appears with all of the options and variations so you can choose one to add to the cart. For the last couple of days, instead of that happening it goes to the basic product info, shows nothing else, and will not let you select anything...the "add to cart" button is grayed out.
I've been able to work around this by clicking on the "inventory" for that item, adjusting the inventory number to the exact same number it was, saving and backing out. The other thing that works temporarily is unplugging the terminal and rebooting it.
The problem seems to only happen with items that contain variations and options. I don't think I've seen it happen on single products with no variations.
