2 x brand new Stand 2nd Generation and first evening was unable to use contactless then now on a busy Friday night in the restaurant both Stands say "Stand not ready" and I cannot use or take payments. Fresh out of the box 3 hours ago! Both worked perfectly for nearly three hours then - boom! Plus no support centre open / no live chat / and when I call 0800 support number it says "your number is not recognised". Please for the love of god why is this happening and how can I speak to support? Thank you

We have some troubleshooting steps available on our support centre that have been known to resolve common issues with our Square Stand.
If they do not resolve the issue, could you please provide a video or screenshot of the error that's appearing on the screen? This will help me better pinpoint where the issue is coming from. Thanks!
