We have several Samsung tab E devices. Square suddenly stopped working on many of them. The app launches then quits with error message indicating square has stopped. We've updated the system software and reinstalled the app. Nothing fixes the problem. Please help.

That sounds very weird. You've already done what I was going to recommend. I think you should reach out to our Support Team when you get a chance. They might have our Engineering Team take a look at this.
