Square stand no longer connects with any peripherals including card reader, printer or cash drawer.

My square stand does recognize any peripherals including cash drawer, printer or card reader. It was working fine one day and suddenly stopped. The iPad is receiving power and stays charged. We replaced the USB Hub and still no luck. Any suggestions?

@Smacfoodtruck That sounds strange, I'm sorry that you're experiencing this!

 

These troubleshooting steps for Square Stand should help but I also recommend updating the software on your iPad. Some sellers experienced connection issues with Square and peripherals on an older iOS version —  iOS 11.4. —  but updating to iOS 11.4.1 or higher resolved this.
