Square stand won't charge

We unplugged all our equipment completely during the Hurricane.  We did lose power but NO damage at all in the store. However, when we plugged it all back in, the printer wouldn't turn on and the ipad in the stand wouldn't charge.  We've determined the printer and ipad work fine and charge on their own but not sure if either the AC adapter/US for the stand is bad. I can't check the connection as the square stand is stuck to the cash drawer. Any suggestions?  I'd hate to have to buy an entire new square stand, our is not even a year old.

thank you.  I figured that may be best, only stupid question - my stand is stuck to my cash drawer using their sticky mount. Is that removable without damaging anythign since I can't access the connection to the stand otherwise.

it is removable, but you may not need to replace that cable.  The problem could be in the power brick that that cord plugs into.

you should be able to pry it off gently with a chisel or putty knife.
