Sync with Square pushing each sale to QBO

I have Sync with Square set up to send invoices to my QBO automatically, but it’s sending each individual sale (we’re a coffee shop so we get hundreds a day) when I’d prefer it send a daily total of our sales etc. Does anyone know how to adjust the information that is sent to QBO in this way? I have adjusted settings in the Sync with Square app but it doesn’t seem to allow for a daily invoice adjustment.

@isaemery great questions! With the Quickbooks integration, each transaction will be pushed through individually, but you should be able to organize these transactions on the Quickbooks side to group as you need them to.

 

Here is a help article that can be a good jumping off point to understanding what to expect with the integration as well!
