Hi there!
Item Import can be a bit tricky.
Excel can read CSVs with quotation marks incorrectly sometimes. Check to make sure quotes haven’t separated a name into two different cells.
Also, when deleting an item, do not use Clear Contents. Always delete the cells. This removes any commas that may linger.
