Unable to see my inventory online and item sync isn't working

I've read pretty much all of the snyc issues posted here and if anyone has any recommendations on fixing the following issues I would greatly appreciate it because either I'm doing something wrong or something is going on with the Square servers.

 

I have an inventory of roughly 21,000 items in my Square Inventory

 

Only 11,470 of them are showing up on my online "site items".

 

When I adjust the quantity on my Square inventory it isn't showing the correct quantity online and it is saying sold out.

 

Lots of items are not showing up on the online site items and yesterday when I would toggle the "Online Checkout" button on my square inventory they would show up on the online "site items". Now they are still not showing up online.

 

Any advice? The FAQ's are pretty useless and only go into adding new items. 

 

I contacted support earlier about item quantity not syncing and they gave me a super slow workaround of untoggling/retoggling track item on the online "site items".

 

TL;DR: "Online Checkout" button not working. Item quantity not syncing.
