Our website was working fine this morning & we received many orders. Now our customers are receiving an error message that says "our website is currently not accepting orders"! UGH!!! This is one of our busiest days of the week. Our CSA members are trying to place their produce orders for pickup tomorrow.
This issue happens at least once a week where customers cannot place orders online with us!! What is the issue & how can it be fixed?? Please help.

Hi. We're an official Square Partner Company. Can you please share the link to your website? We'd love to check it out and do a test order.
Also, we have a fail-safe redundancy system in place in our Mobile Apps that are powered by Square where you'd easily be able to send Customers to your very own branded, mobile app if there were ever problems like that. And, while it's pretty perfectly integrated with Square, we made enough features Stand-Alone that downtime like you experienced wouldn't affect your Mobile App.
