Weebly and Restaurant POS not synching

We have two registered accounts with Square - British Bulldog Brewery (original account) and a DBA account The Allies Pub for our on-line orders/shop.

When we set up our Weebly online ordering system and our Online shop we used The Allies Pub account to do this, because people needed to go to www.thealliespub.com.  
However, our Restaurant POS system was set up originally on our British Bulldog Brewery account that we had prior to opening up the pub.

Is there a way to migrate our Restaurant POS to the The Allies Pub account  without losing all our set up and data on the British Bulldog Brewery Account?
We are missing functionality because our online orders do not show up on our POS or get printed out on our Kitchen Printer and we can't track inventory in one place as the items are shown on both set-ups...  Thanks for any help!!

If both businesses were created using two separate Square accounts, then they cannot be merged I'm afraid.

Thanks Justin - they are two locations on the same account.  We want to merge the locations, is that possible?
