My clients are getting reminders for appointments that were cancelled. So it looks to them that they still have one. Help

@Solista If you haven't already I recommend calling our CS team so an Appointments specialist can investigate. There are a few different things that could cause a reminder to be sent and they can check your account and the specific appointments to see what's happening. If you'd like me to start an email case for you let me know!
