I have been invoicing on my pc from my location for 2 years. My office is at home and I accept payments with my iPhone in my tour vehicle but I bill clients for an advance deposit using Square Invoicing on my PC.
I went to Invoices today and was told that my location had been de-activated and had to re-enter all the address info. Invoicing did remember the bank account number which I had to re-activate.
Why did this happen? NOTHING HAD CHANGED but your system de-activated invoicing with payments pending?

Hmm, I'm not sure that I fully understand, @TourOperator. You can access your Invoices page without have to select or update a location. In any case, we can't look into account specific info here in the Community so give us a call a team member would be happy to look into this. Thanks!
