Why doesn't my no-show button allow me to charge a cancellation fee?
I was looking to charge a no-show customer my cancellation fee. When I hit the "No Show" button, it gave me an option to leave a note, then deleted the appointment with no option to charge. I looked and saw that the proper way to charge the fee is to use Calendar tab > select appropriate appointment > Cancel Appointment > add check to the cancellation fee option > Cancel and Charge.
My question is why this isn't available under the no show button, and how do I charge a fee and mark my clients as no-show?

@Fistandantilus the reason this may not show up is because your client is outside of the charge window. As in, under Appointment setttings, you give clients 8 hours in advance of their appointment to cancel for free. If your client is more than 8 hours from the appointment you will not be able to cancel and charge them.
