camera not working

The camera is not working when I am in listings mode. I only have a black screen. I have put the brightness all the way up and this does nothing. The camera in plain ipad use is working. Any thoughts?

Hello @Lily511! Are you trying to add a picture to an item that you're creating? If so, have you made sure to enable this permission for the Point of Sale App?

settings--> Privacy--->Camera--->Point Of Sale should be green.   this allows Square access to your camera.

I will take a look at the settings. Maybe they changed in an update because it had been working fine thank you.
