not receiving emails

I recently set-up an email pop-up on my website to gain a list of members. I have paid for google business and set up the MX info as outlined. I am able to receive a test email from the site to my google email; however whenever I have a family member go to my website and sign up as a test, I do not receive any notification of a new list member. Am I missing a step somewhere??? Hope this makes sense, none of this is very intuitive to me but I am persistent. thanks!

For this inquiry,  I would suggest you contact our Square Online Team at 1-855-700-6000 / squ.re/contactsqsupport. They will need to look at your online settings and why this would be happening. To protect your account security we cannot do that here in the community.
