"Sale price" missing with new item creation

When creating new items I am not getting the "Sale Price" box inserted on the item creation scene, nor is it available after when editing.  Where did it go?  This is and older item above that includes the Sale Price.

AAbove the Sale price option is missing on my newer item created.

What setting do I  choose to get function back onto my items?

HI, does the new item you added have variations?  If so, the Sale Price input box moves to be included where the variations display. (see screenshot below).

OHHH thank you.  Yes its there on the new item just in a different location.
