the cash receipts function has stopped, we can take credit cards but cannot process cash payments
we have been using an ipad successfully for years processing both cc and cash payments, a day ago the ipad/square program quit processing cash payments, it only takes credit card payments. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks

Sorry to hear it, @jimf834—that should not be happening. 🤔
If you haven't had the chance already, please give these troubleshooting tips a run-through. Those usually resolve problems like this right away.
Hope that does the trick. If not, please get in touch with our CS Team and let them know what kind of iPad and printer you're using. They'll take a deeper dive into your settings right away.
