why are the my pickup orders marked "multiple"?

I am now offering curbside and pickup orders at my ice cream shop.  some orders are marked "pickup" in the weebly app, while others are marked "multiple".  I can't figure out why they're not all marked "pickup".  And I'm not able to change the orders marked "multiple" to "picked up" because they require a shipping label.  However I am not shipping anything and have not set up shipping, so I have no shipping info to add.  Why is this happening???  How can I fix it?

Welcome to the Community. 

 

Whenever you see "multiple" it actually means there are items of different types in the cart. 

 

It won't have anything to do with order fulfillment.

But it does have to do with order fulfillment. All of my orders, no matter the category, are picked up, not shipped. However With the orders marked multiple, I’m unable to mark them as picked up or completed without adding shipping info which I obviously don’t have.

Ah I see! I would recommend contacting our Support Team directly. It sounds like this account specific because it shouldn't affect you being able to mark the order.
