Strange--I've just set up my Square POS in Ipad (I'm in Asia), and yesterday, I was able to add customers to a sale through the app. However, when I checked today, instead of the options "Add Customer" or "Clear Items" when I click the dropdown, I only see "Current Sale"/"No Sale" and "Clear Items". Also, I can view the Customer Directory in my online Dashboard. Does this mean that despite that, I can't use the Customer Directory in the Ipad app?

Thank you so much for your patience @amicchi! Our engineering team has just implemented a fix for this issue. You should see the option to Add Customer from the Checkout section of the app now. If you don't see it right away, try closing and reopening the app on your iPad - or sign out and sign back in.
