Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you're having trouble with your printer!

It doesn't look like the TM-T20III is on our list of compatible printers unfortunately - even then, depending on what country you are in some models listed as compatible and tested in the US may not work in other countries.

I'd be keen to hear from more of our global POS users about what printers they have found working with Square outside of the countries we have an official presence in (US, Canada, Australia, Japan, UK).
