Customer Profile Not Working on Android Point of Sale App

The title of this thread has been edited from the original by a Community Moderator to help with searching threads. 

 

I cant seem to enter anything into my customer profiles.  When i try to type into the text fields, the cursor lags and the letters that i press on my keyboard don't appear.  It seems like it may be a back end bug.  It only happened yesterday and has not been fixed as of now.  

I am using square pos on android.  Lastest version updated.

@kerrybradshaw - Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Customer Directory on your app. 

 

Is your Android device up to date too? If so, and you're still experiencing this bug, please try deleting and re-installing the app. 

 

Give those a try and if they don't to the trick - contact our CS Team directly, so they can file a bug ticket directly with our engineers.
