Do I only get 3 tries at my identity page?

I am having trouble setting up my POS system. I filled out and submitted the identity page 3 times. Each time it was invalid. I tried different addresses (P.O. BOX and legal land)..nothing worked. Now they tell me I can never recover that page and have another chance. Is there really no way i can use this system now?

I would suggest trying agon with a different email address.  double check all the information you enter before submitting.
