Epson TM-m30 is taking long time

Hi,

I'm using square stand with Ipad and Epson Tm-m30 ethernet printer.

The printer takes a long time after making a charge. Sometimes 5 to 7 seconds.

Can anyone support here?

Welcome to the Community!

There are a few things you can check to help with the lag on the printer. 

First, make sure your iPad and app software are up to date. 

Next, try deleting the printer station and adding it again. 

Finally, check your internet to make sure there aren't any interruptions.

Unfortunately the issue wasn't solved even after following those recommendations 😕.

I would highly appreciate if any other tricks can help here.

Can you try resetting your printer? Instructions should be included in the manual when the printer was purchased.
