For billing from Canada, If I send an invoice to a US customer, will the price appear in USD or CAD?
If I send a client a CAD invoice, does it appear in CAD from their end or USD? For example, I send an invoice for $390 CAD does it appear $390 CAD, $390 USD or $295 USD (the exchange)? I only want to charge them $295 USD. Please help!
Hi @nhart90! At this time, if you send an Invoice to a customer who is in the US the amount owed will display in CAD. Keep in mind when your customer pays they may be charged for currency conversion by their card issuer because the payment will be processed CAD.

I recently sent an invoice to a customer in the U. S. and the amount owed was the same numeric value I charged in CAD but shown as USD. i.e the CAD value was $150 but the invoice showed it as $150 USD.
