Have a client who put his card in the reader. I didn’t see if it failed or not until he left. I got his numbers for the visa but it’s declined and asked for another card. Could this be a Square prob?

This should be able to give you some specific insight. It's also worth nothing, we’re not given an exact reason a card is declined. If your customer has confirmed their card is valid and the transaction still declines, they should contact their card-issuing bank for more information.
