How do you collect emails? 🇮🇪

Hi. I'm on the dash in customers and in settings but only option is 'instant profiles', no mention or option for email collections??? Where is it? Help it's driving me nuts!! Thanks

Hi @Cbourke, at this the email collection tools are currently only available in the US. It looks like you're in Ireland so you won't be able to see these settings from Dashboard or the Point of Sale app. I'm really sorry for the frustration! 😬

Thanks Helen. That is most frustrating. So there's no way of saving the emails then from the app? Thanks Caroline

That is correct @Cbourke. Apologies again! Hopefully there will be a solution for sellers outside of the US soon, but I can't share a timeline.
