How to check on status of technical issue

I contacted Technical Support a little over a week ago. I was told that there was a glitch with Square that was not permitting me to save an event in Square to my Items Library, which I then wished to make a featured event and publish. I was told that it would be fixed in one day. It has now been 8 days. I was not provided with a contact number, nor a code with which to follow up. What is the best way to obtain an update?
