How to get card_nonce for android phones?

The scenario is that i want to use card_nonce but the only way to get card nonce is by using sqPaymentForm only on web platform, i need to know how to generate card nonce for the API work like using square on Android etc. or is there any other way. Please help me out if any one knows had faced the same issue
