How to process Interac Debit tap payments with Square

Our debit tap will only work on one of our phones. Our reader is hooked up to 3 different phones but that payment option will not work on the other 2. We have tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall the app.   Why wont it work on 2 of the phones?

Just to clarify, a reader can only be connected to one phone at a time so are you disconnecting and then connecting to the next phone before each test?  what phones are you using?  as long as the phone is supported there shouldn't be any difference because the reader is doing the work.
