How to test the magstrip reader outside the country that mentioned ?(Just --> Test)

Right now the App ( POS ) can not get any message or the signal shows that Hardware(Square Magstripe Reader) plugged into the 3.5mm phone' jack, although plugged in. Then I swift the card this still no any signal. The device is an Ipad, OS-11, Im from VietNam

Currently we only offer credit card processing in the US, UK, AU. CA, and JP. Since you're in Vietnam, you can only use Square Point of Sale to track cash sales.
