I have Square for Retail Plus. Why can't I process exchanges?

I pay the $60 monthly fee for the service. My system is up to date. I do not have an option to process and exchange. So frustrating.

@MattCurtis Thanks for asking about this and welcome to the Seller Community! Make sure you are in the Square for Retail app and not the Square Point of Sale app. This feature is only available on that app.

Yikes, that doesn't sound right. After selecting the transaction to refund, do you see Return or Exchange? Can you send a screenshot? @Fifteen25

I have the same problem!

 

When I click on the transaction we wish to exchange, the only available options are New Receipt or Issue Refund. There is no Return or Exchange? button.

 

We are paying for a Retail Plus subscription, so I'm surprised I'm not able to use this feature. Is it something we need to enable or is there a bug in the app?

Thank you @AshleyK, we didn't realize there was a separate app for retail plus.

 

We've downloaded it and are able to use the Return or Exchange button.
