I have a Canadian Business. When I charge a US client, do I charge the CAD conversion or US actual amount and my bank/his card make the adjustment?

Hello @EHScienceVan, that's a great question! 

 

You'll want to charge this customer in CAD. The funds will automatically be converted from USD to CAD, and your customer will pay the exchange fees if there are any.

So when they use the link on my Facebook page they put the amount in of my CAD invoice?

Can we not charge our customers in USD if we have a Canadain Account? and withdraw the amount in CAD. to our canadain bank?

Hey there, @thecoredesigns -

 

Whenever you charge a US customer, they will be charge in CAD and will be charged the conversion. The funds will come to your bank in CAD since your account uses a Canadian bank.
