I cannot see their email addresses, can i not capture their email even though they filled in the form?
I have tried messaging the payee but I cannot as it hasn't captured their email at all. This is a major problem

Hey @hettyrackham, thanks for surfacing this and sorry to hear about the trouble.
Did your customer enter in their email address for receipt purposes only (in that case, the email isn't visible) or did they add it using one of the email collection tools? If they provided their emails with the latter, then you'll be able to view the information in the Customer Directory.
