I want to make sure I'm understanding what you are trying to do here. You can edit the website, but you see an error when you try to publish? You are also not able to access the dashboard? How are you getting to the site editor if you are not able to access the dashboard?
Please also include any screenshots you have of the errors you see from your end. I want to make sure we're on the same page so we can properly troubleshoot this with you. 😊
