Invalid Location when near Canadian/US Border - Still selling in Canada

Hello,

 

We are using the Square Terminals in Canada, from Canada, for Canadian transactions. Our event takes place on our riverfront (Windsor, Ontario). This is close to the US border, but we are still selling and hosting transactions in Canada and not the US. We are still getting constant transaction declines with the error Invalid Location. BUT our location is VALID! The geo-location on the Square Terminals must not be accurate if they easily think we are in the US when we are clearly not. When we use our cellular phone to manually punch in credit card sales, that works fine. But this limits our card acceptance, AND THE FEES ARE WAY HIGHER!! This is not our fault that the Square Terminal thinks we are in the US when we are clearly not. We need help with this.
